Moderators, also referred to as mods or "greenies" due to the color of their names on the chat, are there to keep people following the rules on FWG. They help keep the site clean, friendly and appropriate.
Some moderators on the chat are also moderators on the forums. They make sure users follow the rules on the forum, approve posts from new users, and keep the peace on the forums. They can ban users on the forum, delete topics, move topics, lock topics, and make announcements in sections of the forums or make a global announcement, which shows up in every forum subsection.
